Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM. For evening or weekend installations, we may apply a small after-hours service fee, which is always discussed in advance.

Yes, we do offer weekend bookings—especially for clients who prefer work to be done outside regular business hours. Availability depends on project size and scheduling, so we recommend booking early.

We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cash. For larger projects, we also offer split payments or deposit-based billing upon request.

Yes, removal and disposal of your old flooring is part of our full-service package—unless you choose to prep the space yourself. We make the process smooth from start to finish.
